IMPORTANT INFO & COVID POLICY (updated 18.02.24)
- Cancellation Policy - We totally understand that sometimes life happens, saying that, please ensure you familiarise yourself with our cancellation policy. We would love to not charge people if they don't adhere to it, but unfortunately, Sammie, Carla and Caroline are self employed and if we don't work, we don't get paid. We will enforce our cancellation policy regardless of reasons (even being stuck at work). You will need to give at least 24 hours notice to amend, cancel or reschedule an appointment. For example; if your appointment is at 1pm on Tuesday, you need to let us know no later than 1pm on Monday than you need to move, change or cancel it. Anything after 24 hours is charged at 50% of the total bookings and same day cancellations are charged at 100%. For amendments; if you're booked in for a cut and colour and you don't let us know you no longer require the cut, we will still charge you for it as we have allocated the time. We hate to be so strict or sound unaccommodating, but we are running a business.
- Deposits - You may be asked to confirm your appointment by leaving a deposit with us. This is to protect us from no shows and late cancellations.
- Consultations - We will happily see you and talk through any of our treatments. Our aim is to make our clients feel as comfortable and confident as possible. Just message us and we'll get you booked in. There is no charge for a consultation and no pressure to book either.
- Under 18's - We do not offer any of our treatments to under 12's. Under 18's will need a parent or guardian to accompany them to their appointment.
- Face Masks - From time to time, you may be required to wear a face mask. We have them in the salon and will provide one for you. This will be due to health and safety reasons. If you don't feel 100%, please request a face mask. We don't want to get sick.
- NO GUESTS - please ensure you arrive in a timely manner for your appointment and alone (unless you are chaperoning an under 18). If you are early for your appointment, please feel free to enjoy the coffee shop at The Landings (10am - 2.30pm) or take a seat there until your appointment time. We don't have a waiting area in the salon. NO KIDS PLEASE IN THE SALON.
- Drinks - please be mindful of the treatment you're having and if hot drinks are suitable. Ideally we would request no drinks for any nail, lash, facial, waxing/threading or spray tan treatments apart from water.
- Payment - For beauty, we accept all credit cards (including AMEX), bank transfer and cash for our beauty business. Hair is bank transfer or cash please. Our preferred method of payment is always cash where possible. We do not offer payment plans so please ensure you have the funds available to pay for your treatments.
- Reminders - email and app reminders are sent, however they are a courtesy and should not be relied upon. Failure to show for an appointment because you didn't receive a reminder will still trigger our cancellation policy.
- COVID 19 - if you have covid, please contact us asap to reschedule. If you have been in contact with someone with Covid, please wear a mask during your appointment.
- Illness - please ask for a mask if you're feeling unwell.
- Lateness - We run to time for our appointments 99.99% of the time so appreciate prompt arrivals. We ask that if you're running late, you let us know asap. Your full treatment may not be able to be performed in the remaining time so we will do what we can as we will not impact the next client. You will be charged for the full service.
Please note that guests, including babies and children, are not permitted at your appointment. Any amendments, rescheduling, or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Failure to provide notice will result in a 100% charge of the original booking. If your booking includes multiple services but only one is needed upon arrival, you will still be charged for the unused service. Upfront payments may be necessary for online bookings, so ensure your card details are up to date with FRESHA. Children should not accompany you to the appointment unless they are receiving a treatment. Failure to comply will result in being turned away and charged accordingly. Cancellations or rescheduling due to childcare issues are subject to our standard policy.

PATCH TESTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL COLOUR, LASH AND TINTING APPOINTMENTS AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT OR IF YOU HAVEN'T VISITED FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS.
